Key Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, Business, or other related field preferred
  • HR experience in a manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Strong technological skills
  • Kronos (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and experience with employment law
  • Experience in creating dashboards and analyzing data reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized
  • Proven ability to problem solve
