The HR Generalist provides support to Colorado Springs Security Plant manufacturing operations as well as general support to HR leaders.

Key Requirements
1-4 years of experience in Human Resources
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, Business, or other related field preferred
HR experience in a manufacturing experience is preferred
Strong technological skills
Kronos (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office
Knowledge and experience with employment law
Experience in creating dashboards and analyzing data reports
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized
Proven ability to problem solve
