Ensure that customers receive accurate technical advice and deliverables in a timely fashion and meet with customers to determine future engineering and technical needs.
Foster a strong mentorship culture and set goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.

Key Requirements

3+ years of experience performing finite element analysis
Proficiency with FEMAP, NASTRAN, AutoCAD, and MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
