Job Summary
Support the Strategy and Corporate Development team in asset purchase and rotation processes, as well as in preparing internal analyses and reports.
Perform financial and investment analyses for business opportunity evaluation, identify strategic collaboration opportunities, and participate in corporate agreement negotiation and structuring.
Collaborate on the definition and execution of the asset rotation plan and participate in Due Diligence processes in coordination with various departments.
