Support a complex program to provide Agile development for the Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) within Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Guide team development efforts, mentor and coach a team of three senior developers, monitor performance, resolve impediments, and develop solutions for improvement.
Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning from a technical aspect, groom objectives, provide technical details, work on architecture, and lead cross-team collaboration.

Key Requirements
BA/BS and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience OR 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of degree
8 years of hands-on experience using at least 6 of the following: Angular, JavaScript, CSS, & HTML, Springboot, Material UI, JAVA
Must be able to maintain and obtain a CBP Background Investigation
