The Coatings Engineer is responsible for the selection, development, application, testing, and performance evaluation of protective and functional coating systems.
Develop, evaluate, and optimize coating systems for performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness using HVOF, thermal spray and similar technologies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to coating quality, application efficiency, and lifecycle performance.
