Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in complex claims
  • Post-secondary education with CIP and FCIP preferred
  • Licensing in one or more Canadian provinces preferred
  • Experience with D&O, E&O, and blended insurance policies
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and coach claims professionals
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
