Job Summary
Your main focus will consist of maintaining and sprucing up vacated units to keep them in immaculate condition while other duties include maintaining our leasing office, models, clubhouses and common interior properties.
Perform hands-on duties to ensure vacated units are live-in ready, including but not limited to dusting, cleaning countertops, vacuuming, and mopping tiled areas; 60 to 70 percent of job.
Maintain top-notch customer service relationships with residents, prospects, and coworkers by adhering to the Gables Pledges of Customer Service.
