Key Requirements

  • University Degree and minimum 12 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years relevant experience
  • Experience designing and deploying enterprise or large-scale organizational effectiveness programs
  • Experience leading end-to-end program lifecycle
  • Experience in organizational development, design, and/or talent management
  • U.S. citizenship is required
