Job Summary

  • As an engineering HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and focused HR support to the engineering function, acting as an employee champion and change agent while building talent within the organization.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to design and execute talent strategies including organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, talent mobility, and retention initiatives.
