The Safety and Security Officer reports directly to the Supervisor of Safety and Security and is responsible for customer service, service recovery, security screening, weapon detection, and video surveillance systems monitoring.
This position may assist Safety and Security Ambassadors' assignments as needed or assigned, with assignments varying with increased security concerns within the UAMS system.
