Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • 4+ years in process or production engineering
  • Experience with Lean and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work extended hours including nights
  • Strong root cause analysis skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
  • Experience with highly hazardous chemicals
  • Knowledge of PLC and Process Automation systems
  • HAZOP and LOPA training experience
  • 5S and SPC methodology expertise

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
