Essential duties include supervising all therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, providing direct care, assuring resident needs are met, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality of services.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech Language Pathology, proficiency in computer skills, and the ability to travel as necessary.
