Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate the accredited operations training programs, which includes licensed and non-licensed operators.
Develop, revise, and update training materials to ensure technical accuracy and content.
Support the development and implementation of quality training programs that comply with INPO and NRC requirements, industry criteria, and customer expectations.

Key Requirements
High School/GED degree
2 years related work experience
SRO license or certification
Westinghouse Pressurized Water Reactor Senior Reactor Operator License
Qualified in all training settings
Experience in NRC initial License examination process
Experience in INPO accreditation renewal process
Previously licensed or certified at a similar plant design
