The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must be willing to participate in facility surveys, develop care plans, and manage medication administration for residents.
