This position is responsible for the entire system development lifecycle for all Town Enterprise applications, GIS, Web services, and database systems.
The role requires leading a team to identify, develop, and implement integrated analytic solutions while ensuring data security, privacy, and confidentiality.
Candidates will manage capital and operating budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with municipal legislation including MFIPPA.

5 years direct experience managing software teams in municipal/government environment
Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional or equivalent
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) for SQL Server
