Job Summary
This role will serve as the PMO lead for the PMS Modernization program, owning the program governance model, critical path, and overall management of program delivery across workstreams.
The Director, PMO will drive cross-workstream dependency management and sequencing, maintain executive-ready reporting across key forums, and lead coordination with the program vendor.
The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Guest, Service & Enterprise Platforms Transformation.
