Job Summary
This role will establish and lead the Enterprise Digital and Technology (EDT) PMO Enablement function, making program and project management a competitive advantage by nurturing the talent, practices and community that lift delivery outcomes across the EDT portfolio and teams.
The role sets standards for, and designs and scales coaching, learning and knowledge systems that help PMs and PMOs deliver more reliably and predictably.
Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of how knowledge is shared, with the goal of building our ability to operate efficiently and effectively while driving digital innovation, technology standards and simplification, regulatory compliance and enabling growth.
