This role provides business analysis capabilities on the overall ServiceNow system focusing on the CMDB application, working with various client teams and developer teams to implement solutions for business partner requirements.
Responsibilities include supporting the design, development, and implementation of automated processes for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data, as well as maintaining and optimizing the CMDB structure, relationships, and data accuracy.

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in CMDB management within ServiceNow
Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and SACM
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM modules
Proficiency in data modeling, CI classification and relationship mapping
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
ServiceNow CMDB or ITOM certifications preferred
Experience in asset and configuration item identification
Strong understanding of ITSM processes based on ITIL v4
