Job Summary

  • As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs.
  • This position offers an hourly pay of $19.25 with pay progression reaching the top end within 12 months of hire, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) with company match.
