Key Requirements
15+ years of software development experience
6-8+ years of people management experience
Proven experience leading an entire Platform Engineering POD
Hands-on programming experience in Java/Go/Python
Deep understanding of SaaS architectures on public cloud (preferably AWS)
Strong experience with CI/CD and platform tooling
Solid understanding of system design and distributed systems
