Job Summary
This role serves as a strategic driver of clinical quality improvement by translating enterprise priorities into actionable initiatives for members and HEDIS performance.
The successful candidate will partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to assess performance, identify opportunities, and sustain measurable improvements over time.
Although based in Chattanooga, TN, this is a fully remote position requiring a 24-month commitment before applying for other internal roles.

Active RN license in Tennessee or NLC state
3 years clinical or public health experience
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or healthcare field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Nursing with active RN license
3 years Clinical experience or prior experience in public health
