The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and current federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
Employees must participate in developing quality assurance programs and assist in planning resident discharge services to maintain the highest degree of quality care.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
