The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing drug therapy, preventing adverse events, and providing direct patient-centered care to complex cardiac patients.
The position includes significant educational responsibilities, requiring the incumbent to serve as a preceptor for pharmacy residents and Doctor of Pharmacy students.
