Job Summary
Assist the Physical Therapist in providing direct patient care, implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and supporting residents in achieving their highest level of functional mobility and independence.
Treat patients as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist, implement treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and established goals, and document daily treatment notes and progress per state and facility requirements.
