Job Summary
The Field Technician- Plant Tissue Culture position will be responsible for supporting the acclimatization, nursery management, and field establishment of tissue‑cultured sugarcane plantlets.
This role will ensure that plantlets transitioning from the laboratory to nursery and field conditions maintain high survival rates, strong vigor, and varietal integrity to support the production of healthy seed cane.
The technician will also conduct field planting of tissue‑culture plants, perform nursery quality checks, and carry out additional duties as assigned by the manager.
