The incumbent is responsible for assessing health status, determining level of care, and ensuring accurate completion of all MDS assessments within regulatory time frames.
This position requires supervising interdisciplinary participation in completing Minimum Data Sets and formulating resident care plans to ensure comprehensive outcomes.
