Job Summary
Plan and ensure commercial results for the Region under your responsibility, within multifunctional and diversified processes, aligned with the company's general strategic guidelines.
Monitor the main commercial management indicator groups of the Region under your responsibility, evaluating positive aspects and reinforcing the commercial team's achievements, as well as identifying opportunities and needs for adjustments.
Disseminate the company culture in the stores through standard actions, such as reading stories, promising values, dress code, use of pins, exhibition through boards, as well as practical attitudes and examples and punctual recognitions.
