Job Summary
Agilent Technologies delivers high levels of customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced pharmaceutical site through effective planning and scheduling of maintenance activities.
The role involves managing workload, organizing service visits, handling contract queries, and maintaining customer asset inventories to ensure minimal disruption onsite.
This hybrid position based in Milan requires working onsite three days per week and remotely two days per week, supporting ongoing training and development.
