Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Vein-to-Vein Manager for its Innovative Medicine division in Tokyo, Japan. The role involves leading the Vein to Vein team for CAR-T product launches in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on operational readiness, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement

Job Summary

  • This role is to lead and manage the Vein to Vein team in Asian Pacific region, reporting to senior manager in Japan, and collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams for successful commercial launch of CAR-T products and manage day-to-day activities with internal/external stakeholders and improve the operational efficiency and scalability after the commercial launch in APAC countries.
  • As Vein to Vein Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the Vein to Vein team in Asian Pacific region, escalating potential risks and reporting operational status to the senior manager in Japan, preparing for the commercial launch related to logistics, chain of identity & chain of custody (COIC), system and operational readiness and managing post launch day-to-day activities for order fulfillment, logistics and COIC management.
  • This is a people leadership role. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Vein to Vein operations and supporting both strategic and tactical execution in APAC region.
