Salary
Base: $83,000.00–$125,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Variable annual bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards package including health plans, PTO, retirement, and stock purchase

Must-have
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance
Supervisory or leadership experience
Manufacturing operations experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations
Lean manufacturing methodologies
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Work in cold room/freezer environments

Proficiency in ERP systems

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years manufacturing operations experience
2+ years supervisory or leadership experience
Experience in regulated manufacturing environment preferred
