Job Summary

  • As a member of the HR Business Partner Team, the Business Partner Generalist performs a variety of people activities, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Engagement, Employee Development, Recognition, Compensation and Compliance.
  • Partner with HR Operations and Total Rewards and act as local advisor to employees on people related questions, such as employee data, compensation and benefits issues like leaves of absence.
