Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT
Pre-Advanced English proficiency
Product Support experience
Intermediate Spanish proficiency
Project management experience
Experience supporting technology in industrial environments
New Product Introduction (NPI) process experience
Experience with SQL Server, TCP/IP, Microsoft platforms
Familiarity with schematics
Ability to communicate with mining customers and dealers
