The role is responsible for ensuring the quality of software developed for onboard systems, simulators, and test benches within the aerospace sector.
Candidates must deploy continuous improvement processes such as APQP, FMEA, and 5Whys to reduce non-quality issues and ensure right-first-time design.
This position serves as a critical link between engineering teams, customer feedback loops, and national quality assurance representatives to drive compliance and performance.

Must-have
Software Quality Assurance activities
Process Assurance of Engineering development
FMEA and APQP risk assessment execution
Root cause analysis (RCA) and PPS facilitation
EASA/PERAM F1 process knowledge
B2 level language proficiency in technical documentation
Nice-to-have
Experience in Design organization at Airbus SAU
Knowledge of EN9100 external audit support
Continuous improvement mindset and leadership
Supplier quality standards cascading experience
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Engineering degree or equivalent technological diploma
Age requirement: Must not be under 21 years old
Technical communication skills at B2 minimum level
