  • Broad responsibility and leadership for overall operation of a value stream, aiming to improve Lean Flow, ensure a safe work environment, maximize operation performance, drive quality improvements, develop a technically qualified work force, and reduce operating costs, inventories and lead times through continuous improvements.
  • The role involves supporting and deploying the TMS, leading Tier II meetings, ensuring cost goals are met, managing headcount capacity, and acting as a change agent to drive out waste through Lean methodology.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar environment
  • At least 3 years related experience at middle management level
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and team building skills
  • Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement
  • Experience delivering significant lean improvements
  • Proven track record of managing large teams through change
  • Technical background and very good analytical skills
