This role requires an engineer at heart who can reason about technical architecture and hold their own in deep discussions with data science and engineering teams.
Success is measured by the quality and revenue impact of audiences generated from the user intelligence layer, driving direct measurable impact on group revenue.

Must-have
AI-native mindset with deep ML system knowledge
End-to-end product ownership and execution
Experience generating high-quality user embeddings
Strong engineering background and systems thinking
Ability to align cross-functional teams without authority

Background in CDP or large-scale data infrastructure
Familiarity with privacy-preserving architectures like clean rooms
Experience with recommendation systems and affinity graphs
Prior work in ad tech, DSP, or publisher ecosystems
Comfortable with hands-on data deep-dives and hypothesis testing
Key Requirements
5+ years of product management experience
