Job Summary

  • Provide analytical workforce insights and operate the schedule reconciliation control in line with COO governance standards.
  • Design, maintain and continuously improve workforce models, ensuring workforce data across planning and HR systems is accurate, controlled and auditable.
  • Act as a control owner and subject-matter expert for Schedule Reconciliation, working closely with Operations leaders, Finance and Risk to manage remediation and escalate risks.
