Job Summary
Provide analytical workforce insights and operate the schedule reconciliation control in line with COO governance standards.
Design, maintain and continuously improve workforce models, ensuring workforce data across planning and HR systems is accurate, controlled and auditable.
Act as a control owner and subject-matter expert for Schedule Reconciliation, working closely with Operations leaders, Finance and Risk to manage remediation and escalate risks.
