Job Summary

  • The Field Service Engineer II is responsible for technical reports, to control the spare parts under their own possession and to request the items necessary to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide installation support, maintenance, and repair on 2-3 groups of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic and/or refrigeration instruments to achieve customer satisfaction, also document and complete service administration activities in a timely manner to comply with local and Leica policies.
  • The position has a high-impact contribution to the company’s success by providing services to our customer base.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Technical Degree
  • Experience in mechanical, electromechanical, electronic equipment and scientific instruments
  • Experience in Diagnostic and repairing medical devices
  • Portuguese/ English (Intermediate speaking)
  • Ability to travel 80%+
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid Passport
