Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer II is responsible for technical reports, to control the spare parts under their own possession and to request the items necessary to achieve customer satisfaction.
Provide installation support, maintenance, and repair on 2-3 groups of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic and/or refrigeration instruments to achieve customer satisfaction, also document and complete service administration activities in a timely manner to comply with local and Leica policies.
The position has a high-impact contribution to the company’s success by providing services to our customer base.
