The Housekeeping Assistant Manager supports the Assistant Director of Housekeeping in overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas to exacting standards.
This role leads a team of 65–70 employees, including Room Attendants, Coordinators, House Attendants, and Laundry Attendants, and is responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management in this hands-on leadership role.
