Job Summary

  • Job Summary Assist the Service Manager in resolving technical issues raised by the clients, engineers and dealers
  • Assist the Service Manager in daily operations and ensure it runs smoothly with error-free service to meet clients’ pre-requisition
  • Identify and assess the trainings needs of the organization & service department through job analysis and conduct necessary training to meet the requirement
