The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
You will be responsible for identifying residents before administering treatments, reporting changes in resident conditions, assisting with personal care, and maintaining confidentiality of resident information.
The work environment is usually low to moderate noise level and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
