Pernod Ricard is seeking an Operational Excellence Business Partner for their Distillation division in Elgin, UK. The role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting change processes, and providing training within a dynamic team focused on operational excellence in the spirits industry

Job Summary

  • The Operational Excellence (OpEx) Business Partner will support departments within the Distillation & Maturation function to facilitate the implementation of our TRACC Continuous Improvement program.
  • You will lead on the area Loss & Waste analysis with the Area Managers to identify the improvement strategy for the next 12 weeks – 12 months.
  • The role covers both the Malt distilleries & Strathclyde Grain distillery, therefore travel will be required across both areas.
