Job Summary
The Dietary Aide assists in the preparation and service of meals to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential duties include setting up meal trays, clearing returned trays, washing dishes, operating dishwashing equipment, preparing nourishments, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
The position requires adherence to all infection control and sanitation procedures and participation in orientation and ongoing training.
