Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
The role requires regular communication with supervisors and nursing staff to report accidents, incidents, and any changes in resident health status immediately.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for care plans and incidents

Collaborate effectively with nursing personnel

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Training in specific care tasks performed
