• The Solution Owner is the enterprise-wide technology enabler of an end to end (E2E) global business process and is responsible for its functional design, delivery, service operation and continuous improvement across all functions and markets.
• This role sits at the centre of Haleon’s transformation — ensuring our processes evolve from legacy, fragmented ways of working into integrated, standardised, and digitally enabled ways of working unlock capacity across the organization, align to strategy, maintain compliance, and operational excellence in support of the growth agenda.
• Solution Owners safeguard Haleon’s Technology Principles of adoption of Market Standard capabilities, elimination of custom technology solutions , enabling speed to value and speed to market which are essential to delivering scalable, digital, globally aligned operations for the future.
