Job Summary
Develop new capabilities in Xactly to drive operational excellence for Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and other partnering functions globally.
Act as an internal technical consultant responsible for configuring core sales comp plans & incentives and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ideate & develop scalable solutions.
Support the administration and adoption of the Xactly platform and end-to-end sales incentive compensation architecture across 5 core divisions and 3,000+ sellers.
