Job Summary
Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment in order to provide competent technical support and training to Maintenance and Production personnel.
Trains all staff in structured problem-solving methods to be proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting and rectifying root causes of machine problems, using standardized methods and industry best practices.
Measures equipment Operational Availability, Mean Time between Failure and Mean Time to Repair at asset level.
