Job Summary
Assist in organizing the orientation of new employees according to regulations including philosophy and objectives of care, resident rights, safety, infection control, and facility policies.
Maintain current records of orientation and in-service attendance, coordinate safety programs, and schedule health examinations and drills as directed.
Promote and maintain good public relations on behalf of the facility and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
