Job Summary

  • Assist in organizing the orientation of new employees according to regulations including philosophy and objectives of care, resident rights, safety, infection control, and facility policies.
  • Maintain current records of orientation and in-service attendance, coordinate safety programs, and schedule health examinations and drills as directed.
  • Promote and maintain good public relations on behalf of the facility and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
