Supervise and lead crews in safe and efficient pad construction, ensuring all work meets project specifications and safety standards.
Continuously prepare and supply the driller and drill assistant with tooling and materials necessary to maintain the drilling operations.
Work with little or no supervision and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Ability to work independently with limited guidance
Valid Class 5 or 3 Licence
