Job Summary

  • Deeply understand the mechanism of action, production processes, and quality control requirements of cell therapy drugs to ensure a systematic grasp of drug safety and efficacy.
  • Lead equipment software development and validation to achieve automatic operation, process data acquisition, data integrity, real-time visualization, and analysis, supporting electronic batch records and compliance audit trails.
  • Responsible for overall project planning and promotion, including milestone setting, cross-functional collaboration (Process/QA/Validation/Supply Chain), progress and cost control, and supplier management, to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
