Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Advanced Exterior Firefighter training or equivalent
• HAZWOPER 40-Hour Worker Certificate
• Washington State EMT License or ability to obtain within 1 year
• Fire Instructor 1 Certificate or ability to obtain within 1 year
• Incident Safety Officer certification or ability to obtain within 1 year
• FEMA IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800 A certificates or ability to acquire within 1 year
• Validated refinery/petrochemical experience or equivalent
• Validated industrial firefighting experience
• Emergency response leadership experience
• Basic knowledge of ICS/Incident Command Structure
